Dr. Frame used to be a good doctor. Now the office staff has made the whole environment toxic. They will ignore your request to be seen. Been a patient with him for several years and I've never been treated so poorly in my entire life I've decided to see another doctor after trying to get an appointment and telling them what issues I was having..and was told they couldn't help.. wouldn't even get me the time of day to discuss it The office staff is so rude it's ridiculous
Dr. Frame is a very astute and renown physician. His level of care and interest in his patients is impeccable. Being an osteopathic physician with a dual residency makes him outstanding compared to an MD. John Frame is the best family Practitioner in the state of West Virginia.
