Al and Steve are great - invested in the community (Al runs the Veteran's Day Parade each year. We get wonderful service every time - and they have art supplies too - paint, canvases etc

Since our choices are limited here in Albany, we went to The Frame Store. We have been there before and the quality of work is excellent, HIGH quality! HOWEVER, the man who waited on us was VERY RUDE at times. He obviously was annoyed that we were taking our time looking at our different options. In fact, he seemed insulted that we did not want to take his suggestions & walked away after snapping at us! This is for OUR home & for OUR tastes! We did not even ask him for his input, he just jumped in. If we can get a different person to wait on us, we'll go back. If not, we'll go some place that won't make us feel so pressured to hurry up! He was just awful!
