Everyone here is so so wonderful and lovely! Dr. Zaver is incredibly patient and thorough, but every single person you interact with here is so kind and lovely. From calling to make an appointment to picking up my lenses and everything in between, every touch point is met with kindness and warmth. I’ve left appointments grinning from just chatting with everyone. My parents go here as well and it’s always sweet to see them ask about my parents and just see how genuinely lovely everyone is. Dr. Zaver is great and Liz was super patient with us. Definitely recommend!
Eye test was good but just couldn't understand the bill, my co payment and the amount been paid by my Medicare . Pls call and explain.
Dr. Zaver is such a joy! She is patient and thorough with her exams and explains everything clearly! She makes sure that all your concerns are addressed and goes above and beyond to help her patients! Liz is amazing as well and is so kind and upbeat! They are a dynamic duo and the office overall is professional and positive! :) Would highly recommend! :)
Dr. Zaver is very personable and takes the time to listen to your concerns. She is very friendly and passionate about what she does. Her clinic is up to date with technology and current practices. There is no wait time. Liz is wonderful and very friendly and is very thorough and knowledgeable in regards to insurance coverages. I would recommend my family and friends to this practice.
