I had many horrible experiences with Frame Doctors in Orange, please do not go there. I went there to pick up my eyeglasses on 8/18/17. After I paid the fees to Rick Acero (one person shop) and left the store. Rick hid behind me and stalked me all the way to my car, and then he wrote down my license plate number on a piece paper and quickly disappeared. Awesome! In this hurry up world where most everything is disposable, what a treat to find a true craftsman. I broke the hinge on my driving glasses that I purchased at Costco. I took them to Costco for repair but they said that they couldn't help me. At Frame Doctors they replaced the hinge while I waited... Needless to say I'm thrilled that I didn't have to buy a new pair of glasses. BIG THANK YOU!
WARNING! CLEARLY, THIS GUY HAS ISSUES... – cowgirl and wildrider have got this guy pegged. i'm surprised how others seem to have had totally different experiences. first of all, the guy repairs glasses. that doesn't make him a rocket scientist. sorry. whatever high marks he gets in his work is overshadowed by his disgusting people skills. plus, it's not that hard to find a good place to fix your specs. no one needs to put up with his hostile attitude. i am a highly skilled craftsman myself, but that doesn't give me the right... read more
Great Work – I took a pair of Badgley Mishka glasses which had a broken left hindge on them. (these are over 500$ glasses so I was afraid it might cost a lot to fix them and might not be able to fix them perfectly) Much to my surprise it only cost 45$ and the job that was done on these glasses was done so well I could not even tell which arm had been repaired. I would highly reccomend Frame Doctors for all your repair needs, and I would definately go back the next time I need a repair.
IT TAKES TO LONG TO FIX MY GLASSES – HE NEVER ANSWERS YOUR QUESTIONS. IT TAKES HIM 3 WEEKS TO FINISH YOUR GLASSES, IT COST TO MUCH. DON'T GO THERE. IF U DO, IT WILL WASTE OF YOUR TIME AND MONEY.. TRUST ME.

Frame Doctors to the Rescue – I was in desperate need of having my prescription eyeglass frames repaired. The damage was a break between the nose piece and lens frame. I broke them on Wednesday 9/8/10 and needed them on Saturday 9/11/10. We were hosting a Baby Shower for my daughter and a big party was planned. I wanted my glasses for this occasion.
