Jeremy‘s attention to detail is second to none. From start to finish the process was smooth. He stayed in touch with me throughout my detailing and ceramic coating process. He went above and beyond. Very impressed with his shop. Highly recommend.
These folks really got me taken care of after another shop lied and caused me all kinds of problems. I will be bringing my vehicles back to Frame. Wonderful people. Even cleaned my interior which they did not have to do on a collision job.
Drove 45 minutes, waited 25 past appointment time, and service lady was rude and dismissive. Won’t be back.
They did a fantastic job repairing my wife's car after her accident. I had the vehicle back in just three weeks, which was much faster than I expected. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent, and they kept me updated every step of the way. The car honestly looks better than it did before the wreck. They went above and beyond by even cleaning the interior before returning it. I couldn't be happier with the quality of their work and would highly recommend them to anyone needing collision repairs.
