I’ve been coming here for 5 years, my hairdresser Alexa is amazing. She listens to what I want, the results are always beautiful and she is very fun. And my hair is quite blonde but it is still very healthy and long. I recommend anyone to come here. Also when my hair is washed I always get a great scalp massage. I always get compliments on my hair. I moved to Humber bay but I still go up to Richmond hill every 3 months or so because of how amazing my experience is always. Thank you Alexa and team!! :) 10/10

i went to get my hair done back in May this year, there was a senior stylish Daniel or something asian looking man, very egoist, charge me close to $400, for my hair, i went to fix it but someone junior did my hair. the owner was kind enough to come and say hi to me, but seriously this man needs to quit , i have been on and off their customer but thats it they lost me as a customer forever.

Tiffany did an amazing job on my full highlights. She gave me the exact blonde I was looking for. Very professional and skilled! Front desk was very friendly and welcoming as was Tristan who did a great job with my shampoo/toner/blow dry. Will definitely be back!
