Tiffany did an amazing job on my full highlights. She gave me the exact blonde I was looking for. Very professional and skilled! Front desk was very friendly and welcoming as was Tristan who did a great job with my shampoo/toner/blow dry. Will definitely be back!
I’ve been going to the salon for a couple months now, Alexa is my stylist. She is very talented. I love the way she cuts and colours my hair.
Mismanaged appointments several times throughout the years I have been coming, and the last straw was to book an appointment almost month ahead for a 4+ hours of service, and finding out last minute that they didn't order the color. The receptionist refused to admit that I notified her about the color preference, and the saloon refused to acknowledge that they made a mistake with their order, saying this is "he said she said" situation.
