Absolutely love working at Fraley and Schilling Inc. They are a great company that helps you in every way that they can. It is a growing company that has a lot of potential from an office position to the driver's seat. I enjoy it more and more every day.
Terrible place to work. I worked on their operations team and was constantly caught in the family politics. Suffice it to say: too many Schillings running the show without enough accountability. If you own the company, I guess you can put whomever you want in charge, but at least let it be based on merit, not family ties.
This place is a joke. Poor training, no support from Operations. Half the time you call dispatch and no one answers. I got a ticket for loading exactly how I was taught. They said they'd cover it but never did. Would N OT recommend these clowns to drivers.
