Darcy was very accommodating and helpful at all stages. She is very supportive and easy to work with and I am super happy with my dress. I had some health issues that resulted in big alterations needing to be done and she was great at getting them done and the dress still looking amazing. Would recommend to anyone!
I have and will continue to come to Darcy at Fragile Fit for all my alteration needs. She is a miracle worker, she listens and delivers a product that is amazing and better than imagined. After trying my wedding dress at the bridal shop (2nd and 3rd picture) I loved it but it wasn’t right, Darcy knew just what to do! Come my wedding day she made it just how I wanted it and even more! My family have all come to her for all our wedding dresses, prom dresses and bridesmaid dresses. I could not recommend her enough!
such a positive experience with these lovely ladies! the work they did on my wedding dress was incredible the alterations were not huge but made a huge difference and i’m obsessed. i left feeling like a real bride for the first time after my last appointment, i can’t recommend them enough!
Part 1: This is the first time that I have ever had such a poor experience with a business that I felt it was necessary to leave a review. I had my wedding dress altered by fragile fit alterations and the whole experience led to many sad tears. When I first brought my dress in, I felt a sense of uneasiness. Part 2: At this point, even though Darcy did reach back out about getting me back in, I felt like I lost trust in her completely. I didn’t feel comfortable bringing the dress back to her. I ended up texting her how upset I was and gave her details with pictures. I told her I thought the fair and right thing to do would be to refund me.
