I was hopeful I would find a nice dress as Frady comes highly recommended by my friends. Unfortunately she forgot my appointment was at 11, and spent the time during the appointment complaining that I didn’t give her enough notice (I called a week in advance). When it came time to try on dresses she would start each description with “the problem with this dress is…” I left after trying on 2 dresses. I am not only disappointed, I am hurt.
Mrs. Reizes crafts beautiful dresses & gowns, that much is true. Late last year, when her beloved sewing machine of 40+ years finally required replacement she sought out the exact same make and model as her original machine, which she found and purchased from me through my online store. A few months ago, minor adjustments to the machine were necessary and covered by my 2-year warranty.
