They aren't responding to any of my emails requesting copies of receipts for payments ive been making since October when I took a out of court agreement/settlement to pay on a loan that I had to default on per my debt consolidation agreement. Ive been paying since and never missed a single payment!
In 2009 I was rear ended by a older couple ( looking for fast money). They rear ended me and then all 3 claimed extensive injuries from a 2 mph bump. I ended up being sued for $16,000.00. I wasnt working and couldnt pay it. The judgement ended up being over $50,000.00 and my license got taken from me. Wasnt my fault in the first place. When I got back to work a few years ago I found out they were going after me through my pay, whatever, fine. Had a debt close over $5k (Lendmark). Fradkin & Weber took me to court with a decision favoring them- as it should. I attempted to comply with the decision by completing my interrogatory ON TIME but reaching out to work out a payment plan. The paralegal I talked to (name starts with a G) told me to include the payment offer in the interrogatory. I also asked that they email me back for confirmation of receipt and whether the payment plan worked. I emailed the address given to me by the paralegal AND receptionist. I never hea... read more
