If I could give negative stars I would. We contracted with the owner Blake Lemberg to have a retaining wall installed at our house. He took forever to start the project then after clearing the area, took months to start working on the wall. Only after we complained to him about how no work was being done did he send his people over to complete the wall. Excellent experience. Blake came out for a bid to construct a French drain system and tie our gutter downspouts into the drainage system with outflow into city storm drains. He was professional, courteous, and very informative. His bid was also significantly less than another that we had. The project was delayed for awhile due to the city of Kent’s very slow permitting process, but Blake was very informative and communicative during that time.
