WOW! super impressed at the craftsmanship and the customer service from the very first touchpoint. I needed some custom brass work done (bespoke curtain rods, wall mounted garment hanging rods). When other companies couldn't be bothered to come service my home A/C, fractal fab was at my house in 30 minutes after I called. The fast service from the nice secretary to the Tech is hands down the best in Red Deer. Would highly recommend!!!! We have had Randy and his team work on a few projects for our home and we have been incredibly impressed each time. I called Randy during the 30° weather we had last week because my central air wasn’t working. A few weeks ago he installed central air at my moms house and she went on and on about what a great job he did and his price was lower than the other 2 places she called and what an awesome guy he was. Well she was right! He was busy but stopped at my house on his way home and figured out what was wrong with my AC and got it up and running easily in about 30 min.
