Purchased an enclosed trailer from Fractal Trailers, ** in April ******************************************************************** May 2024. I sent photos to the manufacturer asking if theres anything they can do to repair it and remedy the issue but because I moved to another state they say that they cant do anything about it unless I bring it back or they can send me a gift card for $150. Purchased a 2 car hauler trailer back in April and overall it is a decent trailer. Considering it was my first trailer I purchased I had a learning curve. Eventually after a few rounds of questions they stopped taking my calls. Trailer wasnt ready on promised date, winch wasnt wired properly and now trailer brakes went out while working.
