If anyone knows the Brandy who was an employee, please tell her to contact me. I've been told she no longer works for Fracassi, but the same person I was talking to then made it sound like she still does work for them. I was one of her laser hair removal customers. I only gave this place 2 stars instead of one is because Brandy was an exceptional employee. I'd give her 5 stars if I could. If you don't still have access to my phone number try Messenger.
Got long hair ends trimmed. Not busy and did a great job.
My favorite place to go for a fast and good blowout + trim. I love the two stylists I have had so far and they’ve been great with flexibility with appointments with my busy schedule!
