Went here to get my lash extensions done. The staff was very nice. However, lashes started falling off within hours of service, and by the next morning, they were all gone. I went back the next day and showed them the results. I was told that they dont give refunds, but they would redo them. I had an appointment to have them redone, but when I went back, the business was GONE for the Brandon Mall. I am now being told that I need to drive to Sarasota, which is one hour and a half away. Although the girl was very nice, she didn’t listen at all. I specifically told her that I wanted the inner lashes very short to give a flared, cat-eye look. Thicker in the outer portion and much shorter in the inner. I look ridiculous, like one of those dolls with the blinking eyes. She used nearly the same length and thickness on the inside portion of my eye and it’s driving me crazy!!! Idk if she’s new or has never taken note of natural lash structure.
