This is the second time for me renting a boat from them. The boats are very well maintained. The staff is awesome. They’re super friendly and went out of their way to help us with everything. Keep it up guys! Those extra “Can I help you with that?” is what matters. Don’t ever lose sight of how important it is in a business to go the extra if you can.
My family and myself had a great time this weekend, up at Balton Landing. This was my second year using FR Smith & Son Marina and would continue to do so every year. The staff and management were very friendly, warm, and inviting. I would recommend them to anyone.
Just bought a 2025 Crest Current pontoon boat from FR Smith in Bolton Landing. David Diehl and the rest of the team were fantastic to work with. They went out of their way to get the boat delivered on a tight schedule without any compromises. We couldn’t be happier
Amazing experience. Booking was exceptionally easy and pleasant, pricing was reasonable, and Scott was excellent.
