Once again I needed an expert in plumbing, my go to since the last service was exceptional was FR Plumbing. Little mixup from the dispatcher taking my info, in the end the plumber did attend and correct my attempt at replacing a shower cartridge and putting everything back the way I thought it went. Nick quickly fixed the assemble for me and left shortly thereafter.
It was a smooth and wonderful experience from the moment I spoke with the owner, to booking the appointment, to having the work done. Nick was amazing, respectful and cleaned up to make everything look perfect. Thanks Nick and your assistant (sorry we didn't get his name) for the fabulous work on our downstairs bathroom!
