Massage was decent. Completely unacceptable hygiene standards. Instead of using a proper hot towel warmer like any professional massage place should, they clearly just dunk the towels in hot water. The result? Lukewarm, soggy towels with a sour, unpleasant smell that completely ruined the experience. Nothing says “relaxation” like being slapped with a musty, dirty-smelling towel. My boyfriend and I came here to get a massage and OMG it was the best massage of our lives. They had just the right amount of pressure and released a lot of the knots that we have in our body. Definitely recommend!!
My boyfriend and I went recently for a couple's massage. We both got the hour long combo. Ambiance was great, massages were ok. Both of our massage therapists were quite rough and we both had to tell them several times that it hurt. It was both of our experiences that they would let up for a bit but go right back to being rough. I'm not sure if you have to request light or medium pressure. Kind ownership, bright, clean space, and very friendly and professional team. I’ve been looking for somewhere to go to help manage my chronic back and neck pain for a few years since I moved back to Ohio and I’m so happy I found FR foot spa.
