Double the cost of others. I needed a part for a cpap mask. The Mississauga location had it. They don't list their prices online. I neglected to confirm the price on the phone. The part was double the price that you can purchase elsewhere. Parking at this location is terrible. They did give a parking voucher good for one hour. You are going to need that hour to find a spot, get to the building for your purchase, and then get back to your vehicle.
Munira Hussaini , was very helpful and she thoroughly explained every detail. Her knowledge was very thorough and she was able to explain every function very clearly . My overall experience was outstanding and would highly recommended to everyone who needs help .

Very nice staff , very professional and give the best advise, they let me try so many different masks until I reach the one that suits me best , very nice and polite staff , I recommend them to everyone
Had an amazing experience with Ryan. My family member has been experiencing issues with his device and without all the details of his struggles Ryan walked us through all the possible trouble shooting and possible fixed that could help as it is difficult diagnose. Extremely knowledgeable and patient. Would recommend him anytime you are looking to purchase or troubleshooting any issue. Quality customer service with expert knowledge. Thanks again.
