Service suck . . No rep.... trying to get my refund check....where are the people at??????????
State regulators have done a masterful job ..no customer service agents. What BS.
I have scheduled with FPL three different times that they were coming to disconnect power so that my private tree trimmers could trim a tree that is touching overhead power cables and causing them to intermittently spark, and they have not show any of the three times, despite my issue having been escalated and me speaking with the Wingate Service Center several times and with their supervisor, Maritza Herbert.
