My wife called today to ask a question. Then she attempted to have your staff person add my wife's name and last 4 digits of her social security number. She was told, in order to do that, we would have to close our account; and, restart. Florida Power & Light, seriously, in this century of businesses valuing customers and their being able to electronically add information internally, to an existing account: your process of updating customers information is very outdated!
