I have been calling for literally months regarding an old power pole that is being held up from falling on my house with a cargo strap to the newer power pole that is on the property. This is an absolute hazard to our property and personal safety and FPL could not care less. FPL is a pretty decent power company, they are very helpful when impending storms are coming. I get texts keeping me updated regularly. My only concern is the cost of electric on top of transmission costs. I wish they could make it more affordable for people on fixed incomes.
