Yard was easy to access Guard staff are nice
They take no accountability when they fail to provide power and light, no hot water for babies for hours but no late feed for them. But let the payment be late one day and they full blown charge 30 bucks. Sheisty scammers. Poor customer service.

FPL is the worst ever, they are scammers. My meter wasn't working for about 2 years, they knew about it and they never send not one person to fix it, and they collecting big payments. They couldn't read the meter, so they just sending me high expensive random bills, $600, $500, $400. I didnt know what was going on until we figure it out ourselves. It seems like they didnt fix our meter that way they can steal from us. This is unacceptable and I called customer service to let them know I will sue them if I dont get my money b... read more
