Worst customer service ever. We have been paying for home plumbing and sewer line coverage for over a year. We had a major back up this weekend and called for service. 3 men and 2 women in a house with no bathroom. The plumber came out on Monday but HOME SERVE refused to let him snake or camera the pipes in our home saying it was the first time this happened and no clog.
