Usually I have a great rapport and feel seen/heard, but after the last appointment I am disappointed. Spoke in detail and repeatedly confirmed the practice would be able to take over a prescription. Expectations and accommodations were discussed and months later when the time came, I was given a No and made to feel like I was confused. Medical gaslighting at its finest.
I have been going to FPIM for 8+ years. Amanda Foti is absolutely fantastic. She has seen me through so much ( cancer, surgery, medication issues). I could not be more pleased.
Everyone is friendly and efficient. My PA Amanda Foti is great! Dr Accomando is smart and very knows! He is compassionate and caring. If I need to be seen someone is always available. Office is neat and clean!
worst experience at a dr office of my entire life. building is rundown staff were super rude. I just went for a physical and they sent me a $200 bill?? said they did all sorts of other services. Im perfectly healthy, have no concerns, family history, or conditions. This is crazy, my insurance said they used all the wrong codes or did extra stuff without telling me. im so upset. Just dont go here, its a terrible place
