As Kevin said, I have been a patient for 20 plus years and they are literally treating me like a stranger. They refuse to see me because I owe money for procedures that were previously covered and I never asked for. The front desk staff is exceptionally rude and unwelcoming. I had to find a new doctor.
This office is fabulous! I’ve never had such a wonderful experience. Staff and Dr’s are a pleasure to see. Appointments are always on time and waiting time has never been an issue. Very professional
DO NOT UTILIZE THIS THIS MEDICAL PRACTICE FOR DEPARTMENT OF TRANPORTATION PHYSICALS. I WENT TO THIS PRACTICE FOR MY EXAM AND THEY PERFORMED AND ATTEMPTED TO PERFORM TESTS THAT ARE NOT REQUIRED BY THE DOT.THEY CHARGED MY INSURANCE COMPANY $500 FOR THIS PHYSICAL. GO ON LINE AND THERE ARE MANY MEDICAL PRACTICES THAT PERFORM DOT PHYSICALS FOR AROUND $100.
Just completely rude and unprofessional front office staff. Does not work with patients. Thinks we live in the 19th century when it comes to prescriptions.
They do not follow through with prescriptions etc. I have been trying to get them to call in or fax Optium RX for 3 weeks and only get lies saying it has been done.
