These guys are currently delaying a project I have. They first manufactured the incorrect part and sent it, then had to call it back when they realized their error. Now despite their claim on the website saying "custom orders ship in 72 hours" they can't give me a production date for the sensors I ordered and need. The delays are actively increasing the cost of my project and after days of asking for answers sales rep can't get an answer from his production team. Recently ordered some custom level senders and a custom float assembly from FPI. Todd was excellent in assisting me with my order and the quality of the switch and sender assemblies is top notch! I look forward to working with them in the future.
