Excellent customer service! I had an issue with my glue gun a few months after purchase (something that hasn't happened with my other purchases), contacted customer service via email, and received a timely response and two separate ways to receive an exchanged product. Because I live close to their headquarters, I went in person when it was convenient for me, was helped by friendly staff, and my new glue gun has no problems. Thank you very much!

Fabulous Cordless Hot Glue Gun! As a crafter you can ask for nothing better. Heats up fast, easy to hold and trigger is a plus. Holds charge so you can keep it off base while working. I have AL and RA the grip and it being cordless make it a Blessing to work with.
This company is so bad, its super hot inside the warehouse & some of the woman that work there are so miserable and talk bad about you, as an 18yr old I was so disappointed at so much negativity. They also go to the bathroom without washing their hands. I was fired after a week but im so glad because it was just bad.I warned by many woman that have worked there of the environment in this place but i didnt listen but glad I got to experience. If you have an option to work elsewhere do so.
