I waited 2 hours at this location for an appointment. The doctor spoke with me for no more than 5 minutes and suggested that I reschedule my appointment to make sure it would be covered by insurance. Not only did I NOT receive care that day, but my insurance was billed AND I was also charged $60 out of pocket for the visit. When I called to ask about the cost breakdown, they said the $60 was for the 5 minute meeting and the mandatory pregnancy test they asked me to take. I got my iud (paragard) placed here in 2021 removed it in 2024 to have a baby and then placed again after baby in 2025. I have also gotten a few Pap smears and an sti check here and all the staff is always very friendly. I always feel comfortable as they talk you through every step during any procedure. I always set an appointment and am out within an hour at most, usually 30-40 minutes.
Great service, super friendly fast and efficient I have literally no complaints.
