First time here and my experience was great. Staff was very nice and facility was super clean. I was in and out .

Came in for a long dreaded iud removal and reinsertion, and I cannot recommend this FPA enough! I appreciate that the intake questionnaire asked about my preferences for paracervical blockers/pain management. They also seem to have helpful resources for overall health through an onsite care coordinator. My provider Jess was so thoughtful, caring, and communicative. I never thought I would call an iud reinsertion pleasant, but it was so nice to feel taken care of and have my anxieties taken seriously. Would def recommend!
came in for an sti test. told them all of my symptoms. took 2hrs to finish my visit. extremely hot inside. i was overheating. didn’t even do a swab or vaginal exam. told me if i didn’t get a call back that it was good news. waste of time. not coming back.
