No parking, I sat for 30 minutes to be told I make too much for any aid. I DO NOT MAKE TOO MUCH. I can't afford a regular gyno appt but a pap smear out of pocket is $180 for me! Yea no, I don't have that. I would highly recommend not encouraging patients like myself to "make less money" while the economy collapses.
I had an appointment @ 12:45 but do to other circumstances I wasn’t going to make it until 1:12 - 1:15p . When I called, I asked front desk if it was still ok to arrive , and if not I can just reschedule. Front desk said “it’s fine you can come “ but NEVER mentioned a late policy. they check me in, take my insurance card , have me file paper work just to tell me almost 30 mins into the process that I won’t be seen because of their 15 min late policy.
