I’m only giving 3 stars because their equipment seems pretty outdated. I went in for a pregnancy ultrasound and told me they couldn’t see anything and that I needed to be at least 5 weeks pregnant to detect something and to come back in a week. I ended up going to another clinic the same day and found out I was already 6 weeks. Everyone here was really kind and helpful though!
My overall experience was great, until I mentioned to Dr. Stewart that I did not want a Pap smear (I told her that I will be having one with my doctor regarding my fibroids/cyst). After that she became very rough. It was very uncomfortable. I couldn’t help but wonder if other ethic groups had the same experience after stating what they did and not want. I was there at the clinic in East Los Angeles and I was denied services I am entitled to.. The Doctor was in intimated by me and made up a reason not to give me the test I asked for I have been a patient with FPA for over 5 years the way I was treated BY DR steward And her assistant manager Sally was unacceptable I will never return to FPA ever-unprofessional and Under studied ..Fake So called Doctors and representatives BAD service Racist Service
