The intake specialist was incredibly helpful, and the entire staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. I was very happy with the service I received and truly appreciated the positive experience.
The good reviews made me feel like I was going to have a good experience which was the total opposite. I arrived 45 minutes before my scheduled appointment and still had to wait over 3 hours to be seen by an NP. Just a heads up there’s no actual doctors here. The customer service was okay and nothing spectacular. I also had to beg for a service that I needed to help with just simple reassurance.
