Devastating results. After hurricane, they took several days to come out and place fans (although I realize that everyone had this problem). Then on 8/13 they came out and put air purifiers in, as the fan was not sufficient ($1200 + $350). On August 19th we paid $2700 as a deposit for work. The windows were caulked horribly, we had a leak detection specialist report that water continued to pour into the home. $2700 for 5 windows to be caulked, and they couldn't even seal the windows completely. Our experience with this company was great all the way around! We contacted them after having water damage in our home from hurricane Debbie. Donnie, Operations Manager reached out to us within a few hours after our initial call to come assess the damage. Not only did Donnie come same day, but he provided a quote to us within 2 hours of looking at the job. The team that structured my property restoration from severe water damage included Donnie, Eric, and Mark. These three, working with my insurance company were able to restore my property in better shape than it was. Every employee sent to work at my property was professional and well qualified. Their mishandling of funds, lack of training for the employees and demeaning attitudes...I suggest explaining to your carrier you'd rather not wait for competence to arise from beneath
