the company I work for switched from a Pitney Bowes system tp FP a couple of years ago and had been very happy until. we had recently been notified that our system had to be replaced for one reason or another ( old meter upgrade) insisted upon by FP . the problem started when we received the new meter there was supposed to be a return label for the old machine and they wanted it packed back in it original box .
