Dr. Foy is an excellent physician. He is open, empathic, knowledgable and direct. He helped me with a problem that was more pressing than the more routine first visit needs I had. My husband and I are health care professionals who have been jaded by a number of providers and systems since we moved here from DC, but the referral I got to Dr. Foy was golden.
