Alex is the opposite of what comes to mind when you think 'used car salesman'. He allows you time to look without any pressure but is available if you have any questions and is very knowledgeable. . When our last car blew up the thought of purchasing another car was not at all appealing but Alex made the whole transaction so easy. Alex was a pleasure to deal with, from start to finish. Professional, great communicator and quick to respond to me when I had a small issue post-purchase. He facilitated having the issue fixed promptly and without fuss. I am so happy with my purchase, and my mechanic was quick to give it the thumbs up mechanically and value for money.

TERRIBLE DEALERSHIP!! My mum brought a car from this dealership and the motor blew up now she has to pay $10 000 to fix it! He told her the car had been serviced by them before she brought it. Hyundai said they havent seen anything like this! That the motor was that dirty and glogged up. She brought the car 3 months ago and only drives it to work and back every day which is 20 mins up the road.
