Not at all pleased with the subpar Magic Sleek straightening done by Eugene at Foxy. I was sent home with a full blowout and flatiron to cover up a poor job. Even worse was his refusal to fix the issue when I returned 3 days later to show him a large section he had left curly. He said “If you want pin-straight hair, you should get a Japanese.” Only after I pushed did he offer a follow-up. Just no and not again.

Terrible experience last Sunday. While getting a gel manicure, the manicurist repeatedly told me I had very bad nails. During my pedicure, I was made to bleed and it was so painful I had to tell her to stop. I had also booked a 30 minute chair massage but after my pedicure was done I found out they had just given my appointment away to someone without an appointment and they expected me to wait 20 minutes. Celia did my nails today. She did an amazing job!! I love how she kept asking me if that's how I like my nails to make sure I get the final results I want.

Would NOT recommend for hijabi women. I’m a hijabi, which means I follow religious guidelines that do not allow men to see my hair. Before booking, I called Foxy Salon in advance to clearly explain this — I asked if they had a private space where no men would be present, and they confidently told me yes. When I arrived, they led me to a small washroom near the entrance where two male stylists were right there, in front of the wash sinks.
