We were on vacation at the beginning of August and stopped in because we needed formal or semi-formal dresses for a Black & White Gala in DC this past weekend. Staff at Foxy Lady was over the top with support, professionalism and suggestions. Thank you for the attention, the glass of wine, shipping our gowns to Virginia (they were at our homes before we arrived home from vacation) and just for overall impeccable customer service. Our gowns were a hit!!!💜👍🏽👏🏽

We came all the way from NC ready to buy a prom dress for my daughter and were appalled by the treatment we received. From the minute we walked in the door the assistant manager was beyond rude to my entire family. She wouldn’t allow my daughter to try on the first dress she picked because she stated “it wasn’t a winner” but as we pulled dresses for her to try she informed my daughter “it’s your prom, wear what you want”.
