If I could give more than 5 stars I WOULD!!! I had the most amazing time at the intro pole class. The instructor and students were so friendly and encouraging of each other. I was so nervous but it was the most welcoming environment.
Foxy is so much more than a fitness studio, it's a community of supportive women all ages and at all fitness levels. I've been going for a couple years now and consider it my home away from home. I'm so honored to have met a group of such supportive women who show up for each other and encourage one another in and out of the classes. I had the most amazing time in my classes with both Jay & Nikki they were both the most respectful and supportive trainers ever! Thank you both for making me and the whole Flawlessly Silver team feel so comfortable and welcome!
Both Jay and Nikki are amazing. They are patient and very experienced in their craft. I enjoyed the routines and the workout all in one. I left feeling even sexier!!
Prince J and Nikki did an outstanding job on teach the chair and pole dancing classes. I will definitely be back.
