I am one of those people that cannot sit still or find time for self care appointments. When I booked a much needed appointment with Dr. Mallory I fully expected it would be something I might do on occasion. Well was I wrong!!! It was the most relaxing and therapeutic 50minutes I’ve ever experienced. Suffice it to say I now have a weekly appointment. My neck, shoulder and lower back have never felt this pain free!! Thank you Dr. Mallory

Mallory is such a calm, positive, and experienced practitioner. I wasn't sure what to expect at my first appointment, but she walked me through her entire process, got to know me and my health needs, and then gently guided me through a stretch session that was restorative and relaxing. My husband and mom have also had sessions with her and couldn't stop talking about how wonderful it was. Highly recommend her!

I My visit to Mallory was amazing, relaxing, and perfect! I received my visits to see Mallory as a gift, so I was unsure of what to expect. The space is welcoming, Mallory listens to your concerns, and gives you instructions for after visits to continue your wellness path. Everyone should go and see her!
