The actual waxing services have been consistently great, which is why this review isn't lower. Both estheticians I saw were kind and did an amazing job. My only complaints are that no one mentioned the student discount during my first visit, so I ended up spending almost $200 without knowing I could have saved money. Additionally, when I had to cancel an appointment due to an emergency, my request to communicate about the cancellation fee over text instead of by phone wasn't respected.
Very disappointing experience. I arrived only 3 minutes late because the clinic's retail parking entrance was closed, forcing me to park on the far side and rush over. Despite this, I was told I could not be seated because they had already put the next patient into the clinic’s only laser room during MY appointment time. What makes this especially frustrating is that on my previous visit, I was kept waiting about 20 minutes past my appointment time and that apparently wasn't a problem. What a positive experience! These ladies are so knowledgeable and tuned into their craft and the business. Very informative consult, answered all my questions and set me up with the package that best aligned with my needs. Looking forward to using my membership and being a client here!
Amazing service!!!!! Best part is after the first visit, I got a thank you card, that’s like wow, they made time and effort to make me feel appreciative and welcoming. No pressure for me to sign up membership, I love that! I am definitely coming back as non member for now. I found my person and spot to go to!! Looking forward to my next visit!!!!! The prices is very very reasonable! It made me feel like I can afford it better than other overcharged places.
