Really disappointing first experience. I’m new to Calgary and have been getting waxes every month for the past six years, so I was hoping to find a studio I could keep coming back to. My appointment was at 1:05 p.m., but the road to the paid parking was unexpectedly closed and I spent a few minutes trying to find another spot. I always get great service from Foxy Box and the staff has a lot of knowledge of the different products and services! It’s always a win when you find a business that actually delivers on both the results and the vibes! Consistency is everything, especially for these kinds of services. This month I had Ella, is a great waxing technician and very friendly!
Provider was very knowledgeable and forth coming with potentials risks. I appreciated the attention to detail.
