My daughter went to this salon the day of her prom. We got the "prom special". She did her hair in a braid and curled the remaining hair. The style was pretty but we noticed the braid was very loose. After asking her, she assured us it would stay in. It did not. I had to try to put extra clips in to keep it in and recurs the rest of her hair. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I came in here the other day and the women were incredibly rude! It doesn’t matter how friendly you are to them, constant side eyes and gossiping about other customers. Don’t give these people your money. And don’t even get me started on the bathroom- it was DISGUSTING! Had to go to another salon and pay for an entirely new set of nails because the person that did mine snapped at me after I accidentally hit my nail against the lamp which messed up the polish, and refused to fix it.... read more
