I have owned four homes with each having a pool. The last two were installed by Charlie Burger. I am also a contractor and deal with high end home construction. Since this was a very large investment, we spent several months doing research on pool companies. We met with several before Charlie Burger. It was an eye opener. A few high profile pool companies had numerous BBB compalints that were not resolved. Others I met face to face but left very uncomfortable.
