Cheap lumber and crappy customer service. My plywood started splitting within a few months of being installed. Called the manager, Dylan, and explained the situation. He said he would look into it and call me back. Never did. Called serval time leaving messages and never hear back. Cost me 3k to tear my patio roof off and get it redone. I would suggest looking elsewhere for quality lumber.
Currently an associate at an Arizona truss plant, been there over half a year and in that time I've learned that us truss builders,including myself put there all into making quality trusses and meeting delivery dates. There is no reason to review negatively when you have no knowledge of the company or management.
