Why is it hard for people to say we are busy, but we will get to your case/file in a week or two weeks if you are ok to wait. So let people know if you are busy because it is not your issue. But when you do not, and only respond after several phone calls and emails, then it is on you for not knowing the word "communication". This is just to get a quote. Im in shock with all this comments on the reviews I called this morning and the lady who pick the call was very rude and unprofessional even when I said I’ll be there later today thank you she didn’t even say by she just hang up! 😳😳😳
They I was assisted right away and the service from each employee was excellent. I highly recommend this place.
