Not the worst hardware I've ever been but certainly not the best. Very officiuos and bureaucratic. Not particularly friendly. I've only been there three times so I may be missing something. And it is Ruidoso where prices and service don't seem to be up to a normal standard. Also not an easy place to get in and out of.onto the road. I particularly don't care for the guy that works at the gate controlling who gets materials..The least friendly of the unfriendly people.

Great store but website is useless unless your buying lumber i guess. All sorts of products inside but you can't find anything on website. In today's modern world I should be able to search and see all products. IMO other than that super nice staff and good selection of different building products
