Crazy inconvenient, they've little idea what is going on, took 10 min to get prices for 3 wood products. Thought, I'll go online, look them up myself, HA. No products or pricing available online (2025?) just request a quote. And you can't contact anyone local to complain, gotta call Dallas. Guess I'll continue to buy lumber elsewhere and ship it in, less frustrating.
