I had a close friend work with them on a project recently. Their lack of attention to detail, and overall unwillingness to complete the work as agreed upon is unacceptable. To do a poor job and own up to it is one thing, to do a poor job, deny that you’ve done so, not offer to make things right and then move on without any attempt at good old fashioned customer service is basically criminal. I wouldn’t recommend them to ISIS.
Horrible customer service. DO NOT USE this company to install hardware. Their contractors are horrible and they do not stand behind their work. Truly disappointed in this local company, as we thought we were dealing with honest people.
Were extremely rude to my hearing impaired 70 year old mother while she was shopping today. Instead of speaking to her with respect and requesting she go outside to take an important phone call ( which she was scared to miss since it was about picking up her car in the shop), they embarrassed her about how loudly she was speaking, which ended her being so upset she left. Hopefully they will be kinder to the next customer.
