I give it zero stars. No street maintenance for 2 years now and wasn't very good before that. Lawn maintenance went from good to bad to worse. I think they spend the most maintenance money changing locks in the office because of manager turnover. Concerns or complaints seem to get put in file 13 (trash). They keep telling residents to keep their homes looking good but their properties and their areas of responsibility look like crap.
