I shop here often, but today a barista/cashier (Joshua) was very curt and unprofessional when I needed to make an exchange on a product I purchased from their sister store on state/maple. When I brought the interaction to the on duty manager, she dismissed it like it didn’t happen. And informed me that I also had to go to the original location, because it would affect their inventory. Clean, bright, safe and lots of places to sit and some music. There's also outdoor seating. I felt this place was a great area to sit and wait for the restaurants or just to talk with your friends and have a snack. No free parking as it is for most of this area so use CTA or bike or walk or use the ParkChicago mobile app to park and it's $2.50/hour in the area. This place has so much variety from face masks, coffee, yummy teas, chips, drinks, smoothies, flowers, and snacks. Plus you have charge stations.

The word I would use to define this place is “warm.” The staff was pleasant even in the early hours of the morning. Cozy, modern spot with smooth coffee (the latte art was neat!).
