I am disappointed at foxtrot. I wasn’t able to leave an app review because foxtrot wouldn’t let me download the app but overall not impressed. I got a gift card with quite a bit in it and was excited to spend it on the food and products I saw in the shop window because they looked fun! Foxtrot suddenly closed right before I was going to buy from it and later opened up in Chicago, nowhere near me. When the online shop opened up, I thought I could buy from it but it didn’t even let me download the app and only delivered inside... read more
I got an iced latte and stained my brand new white tank top because drips were coming between the cup and lid when I went to take a sip. The lid does not properly seal the cup on the iced drinks. Very frustrating.
Great customer service. Wow.🤯
