I used to stop-by when I would be in the area. Some staff - slow and in their own world, others - professional and quick (taller madam with a ponytail and glasses - your speed and precision always made my day). Much like any other place really. Now, I don’t know if this is a sign of freshness- but personally I would prefer not to see flies on a cookie/ pastry/ sandwich in the window display, which would later by handed to me. you can “grab” but not “go” b/c you have to wait in the same long line as everyone placing custom food and coffee orders… Customers in line trying to just pay for a single item were leaving altogether when the pace of the line became obvious. Staff seemed unaware, but were friendly enough. Outside of that, quality options and variety on the shelves including wine and beer and unique snacks. Something for everyone.
