Karen and her team are fantastic. We were coming back PCS and not living in the area. We had a home to sell and one to buy. Our lives had changed in that we needed a location that was more family oriented with great schools. I have known Karen Hall for 13 years and she has assisted my family with 3 home purchases and one sale. She is professional and extremely knowledgeable. My husband and I are both Veterans and she is a subject matter expert in VA loans. Karen puts veterans first. She is responsive and goes out of her way to make the process seamless. I have had the pleasure of working with Karen and cannot recommend Foxtrot company enough. Moving as a military family is stressful enough, let alone to a place that is highly competitive with pricing and desirable locations. We had to buy sight unseen and Karen was going as far as telling us how the houses SMELLED, looking in the smallest places, and making sure each house was pristine. Is there a 10 out 5 star rating on here!? Amber has been phenomenal to work with. I had first reached out on Andrew’s afb community page for realtor recommendations. We are stationed in Japan and wanted to jump on a house my wife and I fell in love with. Amber reached out and we immediately clicked.
